This centrally located 2-room apartment in the basement is only about 500 meters from the main train station. A bus stop is just a few steps away. In the lively neighborhood, you will find a variety of shops for your daily needs, restaurants, and cafés. The apartment has a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A workspace for home office use is also available. 

The apartment is best reached by public transport. A few meters from the front door is the “Scheffelstraße” bus stop, served by lines 1, 8, 49, 272, 274, 275, E, N13, and X76. The main train station is a 9-minute walk away. There you have connections to buses, S-Bahn trains, regional trains, and ICE trains. It takes about 30 minutes to get there from Frankfurt Airport. If you are traveling by car, there are sometimes parking spaces available across the street or in the surrounding side streets. Please note that some areas are reserved for residents only. You can book 24-hour tickets at the “Q-Park Lili” parking garage at the main train station (Klingholz Straße 7). The journey time from Frankfurt Airport is approximately 25 minutes.

The apartment is located in the Rheingau district, a charming, lively neighborhood with lots of flair and quality of life. It delights visitors with its numerous pubs, restaurants, and leisure activities. Visitors can marvel at the well-preserved Art Nouveau buildings with front gardens and old trees that have characterized the neighborhood for over a century.
